    The Role:

    We’re looking for a highly motivated Senior Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in growing our client base, building strategic partnerships, and representing our brand in the ever-evolving esports and gaming landscape.     Key Responsibilities:

    Drive New Business:

    Identify, target, and close new business opportunities with a focus on Europe and other key global markets.

    Build Relationships:

    Develop and nurture strong client relationships, driving client satisfaction and account growth.

    Lead Strategic Sales:

    Collaborate with internal teams to craft compelling proposals and client presentations that align with client objectives.

    Expand Our Reach:

    Represent GX MEDIA at industry events, trade shows, and

    conferences, showcasing our expertise and building strong business networks.

    Optimise Operations:

    Maintain company sales CRM system and provide regular reports on sales performance and pipeline development to senior leadership.


    What We’re Looking For:

    Experience:

    A minimum of 5 years in business development or sales, ideally within esports, gaming, digital entertainment, or related industries either within a Rights Holder or Agency.

    Skill set:

    ○ Demonstrable experience of developing significant new business pipelines and achieving 6 figure sales targets.

    ○ Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

    ○ A track record of managing client relationships and delivering measurable results.

    ○ Strong understanding of how to leverage data sources to inform and support sales pitches.

    Languages:

    Fluent written and spoken English is essential. Additional European languages are a bonus, especially German and/or Spanish.

    Market Expertise:

    Familiarity with European markets; global experience is an advantage.

    Tech Savvy:

    Experience with CRM systems and sales tools to drive efficiency and accuracy. Strong knowledge of industry data sources and tools.
