Now, we are looking for a talented Videographer & Video Editor to join our content team and help bring our esports journey to life.
The Role
We are seeking a skilled and creative Videographer & Video Editor to film, edit, and produce compelling video content that captures the energy, passion, and behind-the-scenes moments of our teams. This role requires someone with both strong camera operation skills and an eye for post-production, ensuring that the final product aligns with our brand strategy and engages our audience across multiple platforms. You will work closely with our marketing and content teams to develop video content that resonates with our global fan base.
Key Responsibilities
- Film and produce high-quality content during tournaments, training sessions, and team activities.
- Operate professional cameras, lighting, and audio equipment, optimising for different formats and platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.).
- Plan and execute shoots, from on-set recording to action-packed esports moments.
- Cut and assemble raw footage into polished, engaging final videos.
- Manage colour correction, audio mixing, and sound design to enhance production quality.
- Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to develop engaging content strategies.
- Coordinate with players, coaches, and staff to ensure smooth recording sessions.
- Maintain excellent organisational and equipment management skills to ensure efficiency in production.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Videographer or Camera Operator (Reel & Portfolio required).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in esports content creation or 4 years in video production in general.
- Strong knowledge of cameras, video formats (including log profiles), lighting, audio equipment, and other production techniques.
- Experience editing promotional, entertainment, and lifestyle video content.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or other professional editing software (knowledge of After Effects is a plus).
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to fast-paced schedules.
- Open and approachable personality, comfortable working with young talent in competitive settings.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership of projects while collaborating within a team.
- EU driving licence is a plus.
- Spanish or French is a plus
