Orders and purchases

Can I modify or cancel my order once it has been placed?

Yes, but only if the order is in PREPARATION status. Email us at sales@giantx.gg. If it's already personalized or shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled. For returns, please see our Privacy Policy

Will I receive a confirmation of my purchase?

Yes, you will receive a confirmation email to the email address you used to make your purchase.

What do I do if I haven't received the confirmation email?

Write to us at sales@giantx.gg indicating the purchase date, buyer's name, and amount.

Is there a minimum purchase amount?

No, there is no minimum amount.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?
  • We accept credit cards and PayPal.
When will my account be charged?

The charge is processed automatically upon completion of the purchase.

Shipping

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs depend on the destination. Within the Iberian Peninsula, standard shipping is usually around €5. The final cost is always displayed at checkout before payment. Customs duties are not included and must be paid by the customer. More information is available in our Return Policy.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to almost every country in the world, primarily Europe, Latin America, and the United States. You can check this on the checkout page by selecting your country.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

For products in stock, 4-5 working days in the Peninsula and 1-2 weeks for international shipments.

Whether the order is customizable or a pre-order will depend on each product; we will inform you in the product description and through order update emails so that you are always up to date.

Can I track my shipment?

Of course! When the shipping company picks up your order, you will receive an automated email with the tracking number.

What happens if I'm not home when the order arrives?

The transport company may make a second attempt or leave it at a nearby collection point. They will inform you based on your specific situation.

Returns and exchanges

Can I return my order?

At GIANTX, you can request a return for certain products within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, regardless of the reason. More information is available in our Return Policy.

How do I request a refund?

You must contact us exclusively by email at sales@giantx.gg

How much time do I have to ship the product?

Once the return is accepted, the product must arrive at our facilities within a maximum of 7 days. If it is received outside of this timeframe, the return may be rejected.

Who pays for shipping?

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. You can choose your preferred shipping company and arrange the shipment yourself.

⚠️ Important: The shipment must be sent directly to our facilities via courier. We do not recommend using the postal service, as they often leave packages at post offices outside of business hours and we are unable to collect them.

Can I exchange one product for another?

We do not offer product or size exchanges. If you need a different size or item, you will need to request a return and place a new order on our website.

What do I do if my product arrives defective or damaged?

If upon receiving your order you notice that the package has dents, cracks, fissures, is open, tampered with, or in poor condition, you should not accept the delivery. You must: Inform the delivery person that you are refusing the order. Indicate in writing on the delivery note that you are rejecting it due to damage or poor condition.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive the product, we will send you a confirmation email. Within approximately 3 to 5 days, we will inform you that the return has been processed and how the refund will be issued.

Products

How do I choose the right size?

Check the FIT bar in the product description. There we indicate if it's a small, regular, or large size.

Are products restocked when they run out?

It depends on the product. If a restock is planned, it will be indicated on the product page with a notice such as “NEXT RESTOCK ON XX-XX-XXXX”.



How should I care for and wash the products?

Wash inside out, in cold water, do not tumble dry, and avoid direct sunlight on the front. More details in the care section of each product.

Can I customize a product?

For personalized products, like our Pro Jersey, you'll see a customization field on the product page. If the product doesn't have this field, it can't be customized.

Billing

Can I request an invoice?

Yes, by writing to us at sales@giantx.gg .

Can I change my billing information?

Yes, on your internal customer portal or by contacting us at sales@giantx.gg .


Does the invoice include VAT?

Yes, except for shipments to the Canary Islands.

In-store / collection

Do you have a physical store?

Yes, you can come and visit us at the HOME OF GIANTX in Malaga, Spain: Calle París 77, 29006.

Can I pick up my order in store?

Yes, by selecting the “Pick up in store” option. Collection is free.

Monday: 10:00–14:00

Tuesday to Thursday: 9:00–18:00



When will my order be ready for pickup?

Usually within 24–48 hours. We will notify you by email when it is ready at our facility.

What do I need to pick up my order?

How can I contact customer service?

Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 18:00, at sales@giantx.gg or through our online chatbot. We respond within 24 hours.

Account and privacy

Do I need to create an account to buy?

No, you can purchase as a guest. However, we recommend creating an account to better track your order.

How do I recover my password?

When trying to access your account, enter your email address and select "I forgot my password." We will send you an email so you can create a new one.


Is my personal data protected?

Yes. We religiously comply with our Privacy and Data Protection Policy .

Promotions and discounts

How do I use a promotional code?

At checkout, in the upper right corner, in the "Discount code or gift card" section.

Can I combine discounts?

No, discounts are not usually cumulative. Only one discount can be applied per order.


Do you have any special offers or exclusive releases?

Yes. We launch exclusive offers and drops for those subscribed to our newsletter.
