  • Customized Products: These have a manufacturing and delivery time of 10 business days.

  • Taxes: For orders placed from outside the European Union, taxes are excluded from the price. The customer is responsible for any customs charges in their country.

  • Restricted Regions: We do not ship to the Azores, Corsica, Sicily, the Isle of Man, or the Channel Islands.

Delivery Conditions: Do not accept delivery of any order if the box shows defects such as cracks, dents, or signs of being tampered with. You must refuse the delivery and specify the reasons in writing on the carrier's delivery note. Notify us within 24 hours at sales@giantx.gg.

6. PRODUCT WARRANTY

To process a warranty claim, contact our support team at sales@giantx.gg. You will be provided with a case ID and instructions on how to package and return the defective product.

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS

You have the right to return products within 14 calendar days of receiving the order.

  • Exclusions (Due to hygiene or customization): Returns will not be accepted for:

    • Jerseys or clothing showing signs of use.

    • Scarves, socks, caps, or hats.

    • Customized products (name, number, etc.).

    • Event tickets.

    • Pre-sale products (returns/exchanges only allowed while the product is still on sale).

  • Return Costs: Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

8. USER-GENERATED CONTENT

Any communications or materials sent to the website (questions, suggestions, comments) will be treated as non-confidential. By sending them, you grant GIANTX a free, perpetual right to use, copy, or adapt such material in any medium worldwide.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND AVAILABILITY

GIANTX does not guarantee that the website will be error-free or uninterrupted. Access may be temporarily suspended for maintenance or repairs.

  • Force Majeure: GIANTX shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control (strikes, natural disasters, network failures, etc.).

  • Liability: Total compensation for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer to access the website or complete the purchase.

11. PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNT CODES

  • Discount codes cannot be combined; the highest value offer will apply.

  • Only one discount can be used per transaction.

  • Discounts are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

12. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

For any dispute arising from these terms or the commercial relationship, the parties expressly submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Málaga (Spain), unless the law provides otherwise for consumers.
