Refund policy
1. RETURN PERIOD
You have 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to request a return, regardless of the reason.
2. CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
For a return to be accepted, the product must meet the following requirements:

It must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use, washing, or tampering.

It must retain its original packaging and tags.

Customized Products Exclusion: Personalized items (such as the ProJersey with a name/number) cannot be returned or exchanged unless they have a manufacturing defect.
3. RETURN PROCESS

Request: Contact us exclusively via email at sales@giantx.gg.

Authorization: Once we review your request, you will receive a confirmation email to proceed.

Shipping: The product must reach our facilities within 7 days after your return request has been accepted.
4. SHIPPING COSTS AND LOGISTICS

Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Method: You can choose your preferred courier agency.

⚠️ Important Warning: Returns must be sent as direct courier delivery to our facilities. We do not recommend using "Correos" (public postal service), as deliveries attempted outside of office hours often fail, leading to delays or the package being returned to you.
5. EXCHANGES (SIZE OR PRODUCT)
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, the procedure is:

Request a return for the current item.

Place a new, separate order on our website.
6. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If you notice that the package is damaged (dents, cracks, or signs of tampering) upon delivery:

DO NOT accept the delivery.

Tell the courier you are rejecting the order due to its condition.

Note the reason for rejection on the delivery slip.

Notify us immediately at sales@giantx.gg.
7. REFUNDS
Once the product is received and its condition is verified:

We will send you a confirmation email.

Within 3 to 5 business days, we will process the refund to your original payment method (Credit Card or PayPal).
