Shipping policy


1. DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the product type and destination:

  • In-stock products:

    • Spain (Mainland): 4 – 5 business days.

    • International Shipping: 1 – 2 weeks (depending on the destination country).

  • Customized products (ProJersey): Since these are made to order, preparation time may be longer.

  • In-store Pick-up (Málaga): Your order will normally be ready in 24 – 48 hours.

2. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout before you finalize your purchase.

  • Spain (Mainland): Standard shipping is approximately €5.

  • Rest of the world: Costs vary depending on package weight and the destination country.

3. CUSTOMS AND INTERNATIONAL TAXES

For orders shipped outside the European Union (including the Canary Islands), website prices do not include customs duties.

  • The customer is solely responsible for paying any tariffs, taxes, or customs clearance fees required by their country's authorities upon receipt of the package.

4. ORDER TRACKING

We want you to know where your gear is at all times:

  1. After completing your payment, you will receive a confirmation email.

  2. Once the carrier picks up your package, you will receive an automatic email with your tracking number.

5. MODIFICATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS

We can only modify or cancel an order if its status is "IN PREPARATION".

  • If the product has already been customized or shipped, no changes or cancellations can be made.

  • Please contact sales@giantx.gg immediately for any urgent changes.

6. IN-STORE PICK UP

If you are in Málaga, you can save on shipping by picking up your order at our headquarters:

  • Location: Calle París 77, 29006, Málaga, Spain.

  • Pick-up Hours: * Monday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM.

    • Tuesday to Thursday: 09:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

  • Requirement: You only need to provide your order number.

7. DELIVERY ISSUES

If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the shipping company may make a second attempt or leave the package at a nearby pick-up point. You will receive a notification with the details based on the carrier used.
