2. Personal data processed

Through this form, we may request and process the following categories of data:

  • Verify if you meet the video or recording requirements.

  • Analyze and evaluate your potential participation.

  • Contact you to request additional information.

  • Organize interviews, tests, recordings, or trips.

  • Manage future participation opportunities when you have expressly authorized us to retain your application for this purpose.

  • Address queries related to the process.

Submitting the form does not guarantee that the individual will be selected or create a contractual relationship with GIANTX.

3.2. Commercial communications

When you expressly tick the corresponding optional box, we may use your email to send you:

  • GIANTX news and content.

  • Promotions, campaigns, and offers.

  • Information about events, activities, and projects.

  • Contests, giveaways, and community-targeted actions.

  • Communications about products, services, or partners associated with GIANTX.

Acceptance of commercial communications is voluntary and will not influence the evaluation of your application.

Each communication will include a simple procedure to stop receiving these messages. You can also withdraw your consent by writing to giantx@giantx.gg.

4. Legal basis

The legal basis for managing your application and contacting you is the consent you voluntarily provide by completing and submitting the form.

The legal basis for sending you promotions and commercial communications is the specific consent you provide by ticking the optional box enabled for this purpose.

You can withdraw any of these consents at any time. The withdrawal will not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out previously.

When processing is necessary to formalize or execute an agreement related to your participation in a recording, the legal basis may be the application of pre-contractual measures or the execution of the corresponding contract.

We may also process certain data when necessary to comply with legal obligations applicable to GIANTX.

5. Mandatory nature of data

The fields identified as mandatory are necessary to evaluate the application.

Failure to provide this data may prevent us from managing the application or contacting the interested party.

Authorization to receive commercial communications is entirely optional.

6. Recipients of the data

The data may be processed by authorized GIANTX personnel involved in the selection, production, organization, or administrative management of the project.

Access may also be granted to providers who render necessary services for managing the form, storing information, sending communications, organizing recordings, or providing technological support. These providers will act according to GIANTX's instructions and under the required contractual guarantees.

The data may be communicated to authorities, public administrations, courts, or tribunals when there is a legal obligation.

7. Data retention

The data used for this process will be retained while the selection is managed and for a maximum period of 12 months from its completion, unless there is a legal obligation requiring longer retention.

If you authorize us to retain your application for future recordings, we may keep the data for a maximum of 24 months, after which it will be deleted or consent renewal will be requested.

Data used for commercial communications will be retained as long as you do not withdraw your consent or request to stop receiving them.

When you request data deletion, it may remain blocked for the periods necessary to address possible legal responsibilities.

8. Rights of interested parties

You can exercise the following rights:

  • Access your personal data.

  • Request the rectification of incorrect data.

  • Request the deletion of your data.

  • Object to certain processing.

  • Request the limitation of processing.

  • Request data portability when applicable.

  • Withdraw consent at any time.

9. Minors

This form is intended for individuals over 18 years of age.

When the candidate is a minor, GIANTX may request authorization from their parents, guardians, or legal representatives before proceeding with the process, conducting an interview, formalizing their participation, or making any recording.

Completion of the form does not substitute the specific authorization for participation, recording, and image use that must be signed later when applicable.

Minors should not authorize the receipt of commercial communications on their own when it is legally necessary to obtain the authorization of their legal representatives.

10. Data of other individuals

You should not provide personal data of third parties unless you are authorized to do so and have previously informed them about the content of this policy.

11. Security and confidentiality

GIANTX will adopt reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data and prevent its destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized access, or disclosure.

Access to the data will be limited to individuals and providers who need to use it for the described purposes.

12. Selection and decisions

The information provided will be evaluated by the project team to verify the suitability of the profile for the characteristics of the video.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, no decisions with legal effects will be made based solely on automated processing.

13. Policy modifications

GIANTX may update this Privacy Policy when necessary due to legal, technical, or project-related changes.

The applicable version will be the one published and available at the time of completing the form.
